For any information, please contact reception who is available for you 24 hours a day seven days a week. They will be happy to assist with any question that you might have, travel arrangements, organizing sightseeing tours as well as money exchange, etc

Wifi Areas

If you have brought your own devices and would like to connect to the Internet, you can just use our Wi-Fi free of charge. For your privacy, a password is required!

24 x 7 Doctor

Our doctors are available for consultation daily from 8 am to 5 pm and from 5 pm till 8 am our night duty doctor is available for emergencies.

Beach Guard

For your own safety and security, our experienced beach guards who know the sea very well, will advise you how to enter and exit the water safely, or when to avoid swimming altogether. A red flag means like everywhere, keep away of the Sea.

24x7 security

Security guards are on patrol 24 hours seven days a week.

Airport Transfer available.
Individual half or full-day excursions can be booked at the reception.

Laundry Service

Please put your laundry in the eco-friendly bag provided in your room. It will be returned after washing within 2 days.

Support for German or Russian interpreters available for the First and Final Consultation which would cost 40 Euro per session.

Our Ayurvedic Treatments are offered as both a full Healing Treatment Program, as well as single treatments depending on your needs.

The resort is nestled in the hills behind our own beach, which provides a quiet oasis away from the more crowded beaches.

Conscious of making Bethsaida accessible and adapting the stay for disabled guests, the hotel has adapted rooms.

There are two large swimming pools with pure water, controlled every day by the pool guards.

We have a communication desk in our reception for your use. You can just use it free of charge.

Bethsaida is spacious. There is a place to play Ping-pong, Badminton, Basketball, football, etc.

Private Pavilions are available behind the stage located below the restaurant.

Excursions

Kerala's many attractions include serene beaches, tranquil stretches of emerald backwaters, lush hill stations, and exotic wildlife. Restaurants, tailors, pashmina shops, Indian artefact shops and supermarkets, small souvenir shops, a surfing beach are all just a 'tuk-tuk' ride away from Bethsaida.

Spa room for disabled People

A disabled individual might use crutches, a cane, a walker, or wheelchair, and may need some assistance navigating the massage room and getting on and off the table. So, we ensure there’s adequate wheelchair access into our massage room and other facilities inside.

Library

The library is situated in front of the reception. As well as books, you will find magazines and a daily newspaper. More books are stored in the library in the Arcadia.

Semi open & outdoor restaurant

According to your tastebuds, we can prepare your meal to be more or less spicy. For guests taking Ayurvedic treatments, we prepare the Ayurvedic menu. Depending on the goals and objectives of your program, the doctors may prescribe a special diet.
